Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
and send your item to the address that our customer will give you according to your location.
You will have to pay your own shipping charges for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
